Switzerland Travel Centre

It is a challenge to plan a first-time visit to a foreign country, but Swiss Travel Centre made planning my stay in Switzerland easy and pleasant. Seeing the cultural, historical, and geographical wonders of this gem of a country was amazing. It will not be my last visit.

Trains ran very efficiently.

The Swiss Travel Pass allows you to travel by Train, Bus, and Boat on unlimited trips in the whole of Switzerland. You can visit more than 500 museums free of charge and the ticket prices there are expensive, such as the National Museum. There are discounts for mountain trips as well although we kept all that for next time. Pass makes sense for international travelers so that they can pay all the expenses from their home country before travelling.

We loved your trains! They were comfortable, clean and crazy on time - always! The only train that was late was the Italian train, by 5 minutes, which caused us to miss our desired Swiss connection, but we were on our way 20 minutes later. Part of the adventure. The onboard cafes were very nice, the views always spectacular, and staff very friendly and helpful. One very kind lady/conductor encouraged us to have lunch at a different stop than our planned stop and we were so glad we did it! We had a Swiss Travel Pass, 1st Class. We rode 2nd class a couple of times and all seats were good. We now have a love for Switzerland and its people. We are Americans from San Antonio, Texas. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

I come to Switzerland regularly and still utilize the Travel Centre for everything. I wish more countries had this type of service.

It was really a great experience visiting Switzerland , a country of great nature with beautiful lakes , rivers and beautiful towns and villages all over the country 😀 , I recommend Switzerland 🇨🇭 to everyone

The travel centre was my starting point to find where and what I wanted to see. For a different kind of trip with more options for exploration I would definitely use it for excursions.

I think the price of the Swiss Travel Pass is a bit too steep for making it economical for the normal tourist. It would be great if it could be brought down. However the comfort of travelling without tickets is just amazing.

Die Pünktlichkeit der Züge war beeindruckend

we as a senior citizen couple enjoyed entire travel . Only we had a bad experiance in LAUSANNE on 5th June'2024 that 1200 euros was pick pocketted which i kept in my small travel bag . i reported the theft matter in Lausanne police station near Rue du Bugnon, Lausanne, 1005, Switzerland. We struggled hard to manage the money to return to our residence in Netherlands. So far there was no reply from the police station about my complaint. consider my matter and reply.

Es war eine sehr schöne Reise mit ganz besonderen Eindrücken

All good except for the information booth in Zurich HB. The he gentleman working did not answer our question, but asked us to go look up the answer on a ticket machine. After several days we came to understand it was always the same track and train number we were looking for…which he eventually told us when we went back. I just don’t understand not answering the question explicitly and making someone go look it up when you know the answer. He could even told me to look it up in the app (which I became very familiar with), but he gave me the most difficult solution. So weird.
